Comment choisir un plat préparé ?

On tape beaucoup sur les plats préparés du commerce...Trop salés, trop riches etc...
Oui ils sont la plupart du temps moins bons que du "fait maison" !
Mais c'est un fait les femmes (tout comme les hommes) ne passent plus leur temps aux fourneaux comme nos grands mères. La vie quotidienne est souvent rythmée par le travail, les loisirs des enfants, nos loisirs, les réunions, les rendez vous, le ménage…
Il faut donc s'adapter. Voici mes trois conseils pour bien choisir votre plat préparé :
Commencez par vous demander ce qui vous donne ENVIE avant d'arriver au rayon des plats préparés
Privilégiez le rayon surgelés plutôt que le rayon épicerie. ( les produits surgelés sont souvent moins salés) Ce conseil vaut pour quelqu'un qui dispose de quoi faire réchauffer dans une poêle. ( ATTENTION pas de culpabilité si vous prenez un plat du rayon épicerie)
Choisissez deux ou plusieurs plats similaires et comparez :
La liste d'ingrédients ( plus la liste est courte, plus le plat est intéressant du point de vue nutritionnel)
Le Nutri score
Le nombre d'additifs ( moins il y en a, mieux c'est)
et surtout régalez vous !
